Radio Nopal hosts “PERFORMANCE” during February 2024.
This month-long event at Radio Nopal consists of a series of hybrid format encounters curated by Alejandro Chellet with the intention to gather a selection of people whose very substantive practices oscillate from the core, the inbetweens and the edges of Performance Art today.
By offering the public and participants of this program an opportunity to create a container of intimacy and comradery amongst individuals, collectives and representatives of organizations who are keeping performance alive. Chellet´s curation calls for reflection upon conflict, struggle and dreams to become the architecture in our collective visions for the framing and production of performance art.
“PERFORMANCE” is supported and made possible by people from all around the world in different stages of their careers, who are crafting their own artworks, producing and showcasing other artists' work, organizing and curating festivals and shows, as well as developing educational programs and research.
